Registering is a quick and easy process. Simply submit all of the required information on the registration form.

ID verification is required. Identity verification ensures that there is a real person behind the registration process and proves that they are who they claim to be.

You will be prompted to upload an image of your driver’s license or passport. ID verification is instant, and you will only need to do this once for your account. After successful verification you’ll be able to place the bids or make your purchase. Token of Trust (tokenoftrust.com), our ID verification provider, is GDPR and CCPA compliant and is designed with your security and privacy in mind. You can request to have your ID scrubbed at any time and your account will remain verified.

Remember that once a bid is accepted, you are legally bound to purchase the item at the agreed-upon price, in case of a winning auction. The Purchaser understands that by bidding, you are committing to purchase. All dishonored payments will be subject to a $195 contract cancellation fee.

All buyers must have successfully gone through ID Verification.

You do not need a dealer’s license to become a member or purchase any vehicle. The only requirement to join is to be 18 years of age and provide a valid form of a government-issued ID.

Once you register and Verify your ID, you will be able to bid right away.

Yes, you can purchase vehicles that feature a “Buy Now” option. These vehicles may be purchased for the set price at any time before the live auction ends.

A “Buy Now” vehicle has a set price for which you can buy it. We offer a wide selection of vehicles with the “Buy Now” option, an excellent alternative for members looking to purchase then and there rather than wait for a live auction.

Once you’ve submitted a bid, you may increase it; however, you may not lower it or cancel it. We urge all members to use caution when placing bids.

The seller reserve price is hidden from the buyers.

We utilize electronic signature technology for all documents requiring a member’s signature. Once your ownership documents are ready to be E-signed (DocuSign), we’ll notify you by email.

Once your vehicle has been picked up from the auction lot, your ownership documents will be processed and mailed to you.

Once you win a vehicle, you have two business days to pay, including the day of the sale. We must receive the payment no later than 5 p.m. eastern time (ET) on the day after the sale. If payment is not received by 5 p.m. (ET) on the second business day after the sale, a non-refundable late fee of $195 or 2% of the vehicle sale price, whichever is greater, will be due.

Once you win a vehicle, we will email you an invoice with the bank wire transfer payment instructions.

Vehicle payments are not accepted at our office and may only be paid for via bank wire transfer.

Bank wire transfers are the only payment method that we accept for won vehicles.

If payment of the vehicle plus all applicable fees are not received within 3 business days, including the day of sale, your purchase will be cancelled, and the vehicle will be relisted. You will be charged $600 for cancelation and $1,000 or 15% of the vehicle sale price, whichever is greater, for the relisting.

Bank wire transfers can take hours or days, depending on location. Domestic (U.S.) transfers are usually received the same day, while International transfers can take a few days. We recommend that you send us a copy of the bank receipt and invoice after payment for verification purposes.

All vehicles are located on the dealer’s auction premises and are not available for inspection nor purchase for the general public.

The overall cost of the vehicle will include the cost of the vehicle, auction fees, documentation fees and transportation fees.

By federal law, vehicles over 10 years old are not required to display mileage or an odometer code. These vehicles are listed as “Mileage: Exempt”. The mileage for some salvage vehicles may also be marked as “Exempt” if the conditions which led to the salvage titling prohibited verification of mileage.

Yes, we do offer transportation for additional charges.

Yes, we do offer international shipping. Please contact us to see if we ship to your particular destination.

We deliver to residential areas as long as trucks are allowed in the area and sufficient space is present for the truck. If this is not the case, we will deliver the vehicle to the closest parking lot.

The final price of the vehicle does not include shipping costs.

All vehicles must be delivered by our licensed and insured freight carrier.

If you’re unable to accept the delivery of your vehicle, another person can accept the delivery on your behalf.

Yes, the driver will contact you with the approximate date and time to expect the delivery. Please make sure that you are available to receive the delivery at the arranged time.
